Sessions with Kate

Kate’s key strength as a counsellor is her authenticity. This drives the connection and trust that underpins a successful session. She takes a holistic approach to her sessions, supporting each person towards improved wellbeing by acknowledging their unique identities and circumstances.

How often a person attends counselling is up to them and the issues they are addressing. In general, people begin by arranging weekly or fortnightly sessions, and then move to monthly sessions, or simply to booking when they feel it is needed.

Counselling Sessions

Kate charges a standard fee of $100 per hour for individual counselling sessions.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Sessions are carried out via Video call/ Zoom and last up to an hour. Double sessions can be made available

Cancellations can be made by email or phone no later than 24 hours prior to the session. A fee applies for cancellations closer to the appointment time.
